The renewal of the program will only be given by mutual agreement with the client.
Advanced training
Duration: 3 months
Continuation of Level I.
The resource is considered to be familiar with company policies and regulations, as well as its daily functions and activities.
Specialized trainings are started based on their functions to enhance the understanding and skills of the resource.
Final Step
Duration: 3 months
Last stage of the program.
When analyzing these three months, the resource must have completed its basic and specialized training, and have acquired advanced professional skills and abilities.
Hiring
Upon completion of the program, the candidate may be hired by the client, either through direct contracting or through an “outsourcing” modality. In the case that he chooses the second, the client will be able to continue enjoying the benefits and follow-up that was given during the process.
